Hi, I’m Tom, the founder of Haven Physiotherapy. I’ve been a physiotherapist for over 13 years, working across several major London hospitals and a variety of specialties. I’m currently the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for Acute Admissions and Older People’s Services at The Royal London Hospital.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong belief in recovery that’s not just evidence-based, but truly person-centred. That means listening to you, understanding your goals, and tailoring treatment to fit your life.
